New year will find Garen nerfed to the ground.

Since Riot will take a few days off for the new years, the new patch will come later at 5th January. That means that Garen will spend his the last days of this year and the first days of the first year, as nerfed to oblivion. Let's hope that Katarina will give him some nice time at least. Poor Garen.
